Sean is also offering packages that have 10 sessions of in person training packages at level 10 fitness which are regularly $900 for $800 for a limited time.
Sean is also offering 10 session of mobile personal training ( working out in your own home gym) for $1000.
If you would prefer a 4 week customized program without personal training that is sent to you via email we can facilitate that as well. They are $100 for the month and you get a free 30 minute consultation with each program.
