We offer lifestyle coaching, plant based lifestyle support, fitness coaching and goal setting. we will be there for you to support you on your health and wellness journey. All of our individual programs can be done online or in person. All of our challenges and group programs are online so they can be done regardless of your location.
Let’s face it making changes with our diet and lifestyle isn’t easy. Often it’s because we aren’t really sure what to do for a long-term strategy. We know that diets and there are no shortcuts to achieving optimal health. . Lifestyle changes and a commitment to your health is the only thing that will move you forward. We can provide you with the tools to help you. You’ll learn simple strategies that you can EASILY implement to help you achieve a healthier body, boost your energy and feel your best.
Individual Health Coaching Sessions
If you want a highly personalized and customized approach to lifestyle and health and wellness changes we offer individual programs designed for you. These are for people that have very specific life goals and want a health coach to work with them to make life changes.
Stephanie Langlais offers these individualized programs:
- 1 month of life/health coaching to achieve a specific goal
- 3 months of life/health coaching for lifestyle changes
- 6 months of life/health coaching for ongoing lifestyle changes to redirect the path of your life
- Transition to plant-based/vegan diet

- 1 on 1 fitness coaching and vegan support session (via Skype or in person if you are in the Bay Area)

Group Health Coaching Sessions
If you want to make lifestyle changes to achieve results in the area of fitness and plant based nutrition and dont mind a less personalized option we have a very economical way make changes. We offer group paid programs that are a collaboration with Stephanie Langlais and Joe Coleman. Joe creates a fitness program and helps you stay on track and Stephanie offers nutritional suggestions and lifestyle tips throughout the program.
