Your appointment time is reserved for you. We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. You can cancel your appointment at any time prior to the 24 hour window by logging into your account online. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours notice you will need to contact your therapist directly.
Please text message your therapist or email your therapist directly. If you have your therapists’ cellular number or their direct email that is the preferred method to cancel if it is less than 24 hours so that they can fill your appointment time. If you do not have direct contact information for your therapists please email the clinic directly or reply to your reminder emails.
DO NOT TEXT MESSAGE THE CLINIC NUMBER OR MESSAGE THE CLINIC THROUGH THE AUTOMATED TEXT MESSAGES THAT ARE SENT FROM JANE. WE WILL NOT RECEIVE IT.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee unless you are cancelling due to illness.
