Sean is offering personal training out of Level 10 fitness in North Vancouver and is also offering mobile personal training in your own home gym* or virtually if that is best for his clients. He can also design monthly at home training programs with your specific goals in mind if want coaching but prefer working out independently (at the gym or at home).
